Do I Still Need a Probiotic?
Many BroccoGummies users do not require a probiotic. Probiotics introduce bacteria into your gut to support the gut microbiome, whereas sulforaphane works differently—acting as a prebiotic, feeding and nurturing your personal gut microbiome while also helping to heal the gut lining. Additionally, Natural Sulforaphane helps reduce inflammation and detoxifies the body.
Since sulforaphane covers so many benefits, many users are able to reduce the number of supplements they take, often saving hundreds of dollars.
We recommend using sulforaphane as your baseline for approximately two weeks. If you still feel the need for a probiotic, you can add it back in. However, we do not recommend combining a prebiotic with sulforaphane. Also, ensure your prebiotic source is not inulin (typically from chicory), as it can be inflammatory for many people.
BroccoGummies vs. Colostrum
- No vegan colostrum option is available, and quality & sourcing transparency is limited.
- Colostrum degrades quickly after milking—pasteurization and fat removal can reduce efficacy.
- Sulforaphane has over 1,000 peer-reviewed studies since its discovery in the 1990s.
- Sulforaphane offers distinct advantages over colostrum for:
- Anti-inflammatory benefits
- Detoxification
- Gut health
- Cancer prevention & treatment
BroccoGummies vs. Green Powders
Broc Shot is NOT a greens powder.
- BroccoGummies delivers one powerful ingredient: broccoli seed powder & sulforaphane.
- Sulforaphane is backed by 1,000+ peer-reviewed studies and addresses 3 key wellness pillars:
- Gut health
- Inflammation
- Detoxification
- Benefits include:
- More luminous skin
- More energy
- Better bowel habits
- Improved sleep quality
- Less bloating & anxiety
- Better focus
Greens powders:
- Contain a mix of various plant powders, which can lower ingredient efficacy.
- Often lack scientific research, especially on ingredient combinations.
- Many contain inulin, which can cause bloating.
- Health experts do not recommend long-term inulin use beyond 24 weeks.
BroccoGummies vs. Collagen Powders
- We lose 1% of collagen in our skin each year.
- Many turn to collagen powders hoping for results but see minimal improvement over 12+ weeks.
- Collagen powders must be broken down into amino acids, then absorbed and used to rebuild collagen, taking 6-12 weeks.
Sulforaphane is a faster, more direct solution:
- Clinically proven to protect your collagen and boost natural production.
- Works in days, not weeks.
- Backed by 1,000+ studies confirming countless health benefits.
- 100% vegan—unlike collagen, which is made from cowhide or fish scales.
- Perfect for any vegan or raw dietary plan.
