We like 85% to 90+% dark chocolate ingredients which is healthier. I hope you are considering increasing the cocoa content. The red speckle and other ingredients added give it a tasty, unique chocolate to bite into. I was disappointed with it only being 75% dark chocolate. The reason I give it a 4 star.
