So useful for many situations . I agree about its effectiveness for congestion . I have inhaled the oil for nasal congestion. . Where I use it daily is as a dental. rinse, diluted with water. I also gargle the dilution at the back of my throat . Use only a drop or two in water. Gargling is amazing. Also used it in washing machine. and. made a dilution to lightly spray on mattress. every couple of months .
I have used it when I have overworked knee area , tight tibia muscles and such , lumbar aggravations . Even hands when doing. a lot of gripping or carrying.
This is a go- to for everyone ... though I would ask the product specialist when applying for young kids.
I love this shampoo. It has just the right amount of lather. Our 10 year old granddaughter just visited. She said grandma, that is the best shampoo ever.

So far my chakra mat seems to be helping with my herniated disc. I have had less pain, and consistently which is how I gauge the results. As I would have relief from chiropractic and massage therapy this has been more consistent and I would absolutely recommend this product.
I have been using the facial moisturizer for years and it has helped my skin so much. Less acne, more moisture, and overall a better and more even complexion.
It's a colored moisturizer and kinda stains my clothes. Probably wouldn't buy it again.
I purchased this as result of a health program I am in. It was suggested to take sulforaphane to assist with detoxing and hormones. I purchased this when Newco had their sale where you purchased a set amount you get a free product. I purchased these bottles on the day they were giving away free Frankincense e/o and instead got the ointment. Perferred to have gotten the essential oil since I made that purchase that day but guessing it depends on the time zone?
